Service
Whatse provides access to WhatsApp-related API and automation services subject to the plan and technical limits applicable to the customer.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for account credentials, API keys and activity performed through their accounts.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully and comply with applicable privacy, communications, anti-spam and platform rules. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications.
Billing
Prices, taxes, renewal terms, refunds and cancellation rules must be defined in the final commercial agreement or checkout flow.
Availability
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, network conditions or events outside reasonable control.
Changes
Features and technical limits may change. Material commercial changes should be communicated through appropriate channels.
